Jeep Tours in Ouray

Jeep tours in Ouray combine the thrill of off-road jeeping with the convenience and security of a knowledgeable and experienced driver. Concentrate on the scenic vistas and the amazing panoramas stretching before you. Look for that amazing photograph. Enjoy the trip.

Choose a Yankee Boy Basin tour for its spectacular display of  wildflowers in  July culminating at the beautiful Twin Falls. Or a trip over the 12,400 foot Corkscrew Pass into the Red Mountain Mining District and the colorful Red Mountain views. Or explore the region’s mining history an all day tour on the Alpine Loop that connects Ouray, Silverton, and Lake City over Engineer  and Cinnamon Passes at elevations as high as 12,900 feet.

Please ask our concierge to arrange a trip for you. We are happy to schedule your trip with one of our jeep tour partners: Switzerland of America and San Juan Scenic Jeep Tours. These tour companies offer frequent trips to the most popular back country destination like Yankee Boy Basin, Corkscrew Gulch, Red Mountain, Imogene Pass leading to Telluride. For those wishing to travel the more challenging trails like Black Bear or Governor’s Basin, you will need to take a tour. You can not rent a jeep and drive these routes yourself.  We can also help plan longer trips to visit the area’s ghost towns or find old mining sites.
